Orders are shipped within the next business day. All orders are shipped from Slovenia, Europe using standard shipping with national post providers or fast shipping with DHL.

Estimated standard shipping delivery times:
Slovenia: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-6 business days
USA, Canada: 5-20 business days
Rest of the world: 7-20 business days

Estimated fast shipping delivery time:
Worldwide: 1-4 business days

Returns:
Although AmblyoPlay requires some physical tools that are shipped to you inside AmblyoPlay Box, it is still a digital product. As such, returns are not possible after the activation code inside AmblyoPlay Box used to access AmblyoPlay has been redeemed.
Unredeemed AmblyoPlay Boxes can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order and in good condition with original packing.
After the 30-day return period is up, Smart Optometry cannot accept returns for AmblyoPlay.
Please note that Smart Optometry does not cover any return shipping fees. Please make sure that all return shipping fees are paid in full. Any order returned with additional shipping charges will not be accepted and therefore no refund is possible.
